ZYCOO Co.,LTD built the CooCall app as a Free app for working with ZYCOO CooVox series IP PBX systems. This SERVICE is provided by ZYCOO Co.,LTD at no cost and is intended for use as is.

A. Personal Data to be handled

CooCall handles the following Personal Data in order to be able to establish SIP phone calls via ZYCOO CooVox series IP PBX systems.

Name, telephone number, e-mail address in the contacts of your device

IP PBX domain name, extension number and password

Call history from this application

Audio and video during call

Voicemail and call recordings generated on the IP PBX by your extension account

ID for identifying the device

Token for push notification

These information will only be transmitted between CooCall and the CooVox series IP PBX system, or among the extensions that registered to the same CooVox series IP PBX system that your company owns. 

B. Personal Data to collect

Following Personal Data are transmitted to our server and collected.

IP PBX ID

System administrator name, phone number, e-mail address, company name, company address.

C. Purpose of collecting Personal Data

ZYCOO uses the data we collect to provide you with the services we offer and to improve and personalize your experiences, as well as the products and services ZYCOO provides. We also may use the data to communicate with you, including sending you information on security updates, account status notices and product changes or updates.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data.
