Emergency Alerts

Furthermore, VI-V05 network video intercoms leverage built-in HD camera streams, facilitating immediate video calls for enhanced visual verification.
Tasks
By using the ZYCOO IP Audio Solution, users can deploy four distinct task profiles: immediate, timetable, dial-number, and one-click tasks. The immediate task is triggered instantly once it is set. Timetable tasks can be scheduled to play repeatedly within a specified time range. The dial-number task is a preset task that allows users to configure background music, notifications, etc., and trigger it by dialing a number from a phone. The one-click task enables instant activation via the dispatch console's icon button.
Digital Map
The digital map feature supports .jpg, .png, and .webp formats, allowing users to associate building floor plans with specific device groups. This feature is especially valuable in multi-floor or large-scale facilities, enabling visualized device management, rapid device location, and intuitive dispatch operations via the IP Audio Dispatch Console.
Video Linkage
The ZYCOO IP Audio Solution supports video intercom and RTSP-based video linkage. ZYCOO video intercom terminals feature built-in HD cameras for real-time video calls. Additionally, external IP cameras can be integrated by simply entering their RTSP address—allowing video streaming to be displayed during intercom calls.
Telephony Integration
Besides being a full-featured public address system, the ZYCOO IP Audio Solution also incorporates IP PBX capabilities, including Interactive Voice Response (IVR) digital receptionist, inbound/outbound call control, call monitoring, call whisper, and call splitting. Additionally, users can integrate standard SIP trunking into the system to enable external PSTN outbound calling, with no limit on the number of supported SIP trunks.
