The Zycoo PB-S11 is a SIP-based network panic button built for fast, reliable response in critical situations. As an emergency call button, it lets users press once to trigger a silent emergency call to preset destinations. With PoE support, the PB-S11 installs anywhere on the network with a single cable, and it supports up to 5 call destinations with automatic failover forwarding, so calls reach the next available responder if a line is busy, unanswered, or offline. Beyond emergencies, it's equally suited to everyday scenarios like requesting consultation or assistance.

Silent Emergency Call Button
The PB-S11 emergency call button provides instant silent alerts in schools, banks, hospitals, courtrooms, and 24/7 businesses. Easily installed under desks or on walls, it enables silent, rapid response during break-ins, armed robberies, or medical crises — helping users call for help without drawing attention.
Outgoing SIP Call
When used with a SIP server, the PB-S11 emergency button can be configured to dial VoIP calls to external numbers such as local police stations, security centers, or emergency medical services. In critical situations, users can press the button to quickly report to the appropriate authorities, enabling faster response and support.
Failover Forwarding
Users can predefine up to 5 call destinations. When the line is busy, not answered, or the device is offline, calls can be automatically forwarded to the next destination, ensuring calls are not missed during emergencies and always reach someone in time.
Adaptive Noise Reduction
Built-in adaptive noise reduction technology effectively filters out background noise, ensuring clear audio pickup even in noisy environments like schools, factories, or train stations — making sure your voice is heard clearly in critical situations.
Audio Message
This feature allows a voice prompt to be played before the remote side answers on the IP panic button. Users can use system ringtone, upload custom audio, or TTS files to inform the responder of location, event type, or other essential details, improving situational awareness and response time.
Remote Access Control
Using DTMF, authorized personnel can remotely lock or unlock doors during emergencies. For example, security teams can lock classroom doors during a shooting or intrusion to protect people inside and prevent threats from spreading.
