We’re pleased to share the latest software updates for ZYCOO IP Audio Endpoint Devices, designed to enhance functionality, stability, and compatibility for your audio systems. This August release brings new features, critical optimizations, and bug fixes across multiple device models. Here’s what you need to know:

Supported Devices & Versions

  This update applies to the following ZYCOO IP Audio Endpoint Devices with corresponding software versions:

• SW15 SC15 SH30: v2.1.3 (v2 hardware version) / v1.3.3(v1 hardware version)
• SC10: v1.1.3
• SH10: v1.0.5
• SL30: v1.1.2
• SQ10 (B&T): v2.1.2
• X10: v2.1.4 (v2 hardware version）

New Features

1. Added Remote Volume Control feature on the Advanced→Volume→Remote Control page (used with ZYCOO network volume control device VC-Z01).

2. Added maximum output volume threshold control (to prevent device reboot in PoE power supply mode) on the Advanced→Volume→Local Settings page.

3. Added compatible configurations for different VMS platforms on the Functions→ONVIF Settings page.

4. Added real-time SIP registration status display on the SIP Settings page. The registration status is now shown under ‘ Line Status’ in the Basic configuration section.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

1. Optimized the Watch script to solve the problem of the terminal stopping and automatically restarting when playing background music.

2. Optimized the probability of Error code 2.
3. Optimized the MQTT daemon to implement an automatic detection and recovery mechanism after disconnections. Refined the reconnection strategy to ensure stable connectivity for devices even under complex network conditions.
4. Optimized log recording.
5. Optimize priority interruption mechanism: Fixed an issue where the mute state could not be automatically restored after the broadcast music was interrupted.
